Data: Variability in care is strongly associated to operator level

Compared operator characteristics, patient case mix, treatments, and in-hospital outcomes, there is significant variability in operator-level PCI mortality, even among high-volume operators.

Variability is not explained by patient risk or procedural characteristics - as practitioners we need to continuo to learn, educate and practice Proactive PCI.
